Job description
Lead the roadmap and vision for our AI-powered HR product suite, driving development from ideation to launch.
What you will do
Define product requirements/user stories
Lead sprint planning and execution
Conduct market, competitor, and user research
Partner with engineering/design/marketing
Track KPIs, adjust strategy, own product outcomes
Tech stack
Jira, Asana, or similar
Figma, Whimsical (for rapid prototyping)
SQL/data querying (preferred)
A/B testing tools
